Movies&Food is not a blog with a political agenda. In fact, I don’t even know if I'm registered to vote. With that being said, Donald Trump lost my vote last night. When he's not busy stuffing Jeb Bush in lockers and stealing his lunch money he's campaigning to allegedly "Make America Great Again." I smell a fraud.
Donald Trump is the most polarizing figure in all of politics. He's a showman. He's electrifying. He speaks his mind. He makes boring political debates appointment television. But who in their right mind orders their steak well done? Psycho move. There has to be a Harvard study that backs that claim up. “It would rock on the plate, it was so well done” says his former butler.
The Commander in Chief of the greatest country in the world cannot have this classless of a palette. You order a steak medium rare, or at worst medium. Who wants their steak completely torched with the consistency of a brick. Bottom line is you just can't trust politicians. Sure he's a racist bigot. You would think a former owner of his own Signature line of Steaks would have better taste. Sure there may be some truth behind Marco Rubio saying he has a small pecker…but this? You don’t come back from this. I draw the line here. If Trump prevails after this cry for help, it says more about America than Trump himself.
P.S. It's a true American tragedy that Chris Christie decided to pull the plug on his campaign. Talk about a Movies&Food legend. So much potential…
